Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to help streamline our operations and take them to the next level. We operate in a complex ecosystem with many stakeholders and partners, and this role will have a direct impact on how we are able to scale to meet their needs as we grow.

Things you might do:

Create a library of marketing and sales materials speaking to different audiences and customers segments, including webpage copy and design, online ads, case studies and sales brochures

Help form the look and feel of our brand and product positioning

Design and conduct experiments to test and identify impactful marketing channels

Run, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns

Analyze customer and broker onboarding funnels and develop strategies for improvement

Collect feedback from customers and brokers on how well our messaging is landing

Conduct customer and broker interviews to generate insights to guide and inform product development, customer service, broker engagement, and operations

Experience you might have:

Making creative for ads and other visual materials using tools such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Figma/Canva, etc

Writing copy for ads, webpages, case studies, brochures

Running social media or online advertising campaigns

Working in Product or Growth Marketing at a growing startup, insuretech, or fintech

Bonus points for:

Technical HTML/web experience or willingness to learn

Analytics/SQL experience or willingness to learn
